Refund & Cancellation Policy

Programme fees are paid to the awarding university or institution as per their fee structure. Refund eligibility follows the respective university's refund policy.

Fees for career counselling or guidance services, where applicable, are non-refundable once a session has been conducted.

Access to recorded learning content, once granted, is non-refundable except where required by law.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to infogimt@gmail.com with relevant details. Requests are processed per the applicable university policy.
